I came here for breakfast buffet. I believe it was $15 per person for the full buffet (including omelets and the hot buffet items). The only complaint I have is it being on the pricier side. The was a huge variety of different kinds of breakfast foods and everything tasted pretty good. You can order whatever omelet you want made and also in the same area you can order french toast to be made. There were bacon, sausages, grits (with variety of toppings), tons of fruit, yogurt, milk, juices (orange, grapefruit, etc), variety of muffins, and toast.

This was a great restaurant with great food. Do not let the fact that it is a hotel lobby fool you. Some of the best sushi I have had anywhere. The breakfast is really well prepare to boot. Make this a reason to stay at the Hilton in Pensacola Beach.

Went here with a group of friends after seeing some recommendations online and was highly disappointed. Sushi is mediocre, seafood is not up to par to other restaurants in the area and definitely not for a coastal city. Service was good, but i definitely recommend taking your appetite somewhere else.

We ended up having the breakfast buffet. I ordered a 4 white omelette with spinach, onion and peppers. I had consumed a couple strawberries and pineapple earlier which was pretty good. I also chose a piece of turkey and nuts as well. My coworker had oatmeal, 6 egg whites with spinach and onion with two muffins. He was not fond of the oatmeal which was dry, and he sort of lost his appetite after he saw the cook was not wearing gloves preparing the food. I thought my breakfast was fine and the lady making the food was sooo sweet! Any way everyone was sweet and helpful here!

Pleasant surprise. We came out to register for the 15k race at the hotel and grabbed dinner here. Clearly the mgmt at H2o knows how to run a restaurant despite being in a beach hotel. They have good food , fresh sushi and surprisingly good service ( unusual for the beach .. ) let's face it, the beach is a bit bereft for good food and service ( unless you're hammering down jagger shots- at which they excel). Would recco this place over the Marlin and Hemmingways ( gag wretch ) if you want a nice place to eat in the beach.

I don't know where to begin; in a nutshell, I will never visit this city again without coming for a meal at H2o! I know I'm supposed to act like a food critic, with wildly descriptive ratings on the food, but we were with a total of 4 people, every ordered different appetizers and entree's and everyone raved about the quality. Party of four; no waiting time, not a crowded area. HUGE portions! I ended up with a delicious lunch the following day. I ordered a pasta dish that marinated and became more delicious overnight. I read a previous review that stated "anything with scallops is excellent...." and she was NOT wrong! The service was friendly, helpful, and patient. I don't know if it was the "beach vibe" or the fact that they are in a Hilton lobby, but the customer service was top notch. (footnote: I had to call them a day or so later b/c I lost my handbag; I was put on hold for over 5 minutes while the young man checked, he was very friendly, I could tell he genuinely looked for it, and encouraged me to call back if needed / ended up finding it elsewhere) We didn't order drinks, but my husband and I both had appetizers, entree's, and desserts for around $50. This was dinner time and we were shocked by the low prices. I am looking forward to their brunch buffet when I come to that city again.

Yummy. Anything with scallops is excellent; presentation and service are A+.Don't eat the bread - it is addictive. Sizes are just right and you are not "rushed" out. This is a hotel, but it was still an experience and not just a food event.

Quick, decent rolls, a large menu, no hibachi but a full Cajun menu, we went for the rolls instead. I can't remember which ones but they are decent enough for the price, the service was OUTSTANDING. I would return again if I am ever in area again.

Wonderful place. Classy place. Impressive place. We wanted a nice dinner for our last night on our trip to P-cola Beach, and H20 was chosen. Greeted on the spot by John, who is a very fine and professional server. So much so that we forgave him later for being an Alabama fan. Ok, first comes out the complimentary bread, which had parmesean and was served with and oil/herb dip and also great soft butter. I enjoyed it too much, so I had to slow down, because I knew the good stuff was coming. Caesar salad was up next. It's always my favorite. Imagine being so awesome of a dictator/emperor that they name a salad after you. Good, but serve it in a cold bowl next time, guys. I ordered a cup of seafood gumbo. Just to see if this place was authentic. I can tell instantly by the gumbo if a place knows what it's doing. GREAT! Fantastic gumbo. Full of seafood, and also file'. I make the best gumbo on earth(and do not dispute that.), and this was close. Great job, peeps. First main course for me was an amazing dish called Voodoo Pasta. Tasso, andouille, shrimps, crawfish, great spicy cream sauce, and nice, fresh pasta. Plus a single grilled scallop on top. So flavorful. Just a little richness, and served hot. Had to let it cool a bit. Main course #2 was wahoo. It was a special for the night. If you have never tried this fish, you are really missing out. Never pass up the chance. It is so good. Served like a steak. Cooked medium, and served with amazing teriyaki glaze. One bite and it reminded you of a great steak and then it melted slightly in your mouth. Are you getting the visual? Slobbering yet? You should be. All of this for a great price. We ate all of the above for less than $60. Great value here. Enjoy the pics.

We got in at 7pm on a cold Friday night after 6 hrs of driving. With the time change, to the kids it was 8pm and they were tired and hungry. The waiter was very nice and attentive. After taking our order he brought some chicken wontons for free which was great for all except my 11-year-old with the wheat allergy (that I had already mentioned to the waiter) so I opened one up and gave her the chicken inside. My son's California roll and meso soup came quickly, so did my hubby's Cesar salad. My son liked his food but the Cesar salad tasted a lot like mayonnaise. My son was done before the rest of the food came out (in decent time though). My 11-year-old daughter got fries and a burger with no bread. It was pretty standard kid meal fare. My little one got a grilled cheese with fries...white bread, yellow fake cheese. I had some of her fries and they had an interesting spice to them... A bit peppery and she needed water with them but it was good. I got the grouper with feta and tomatoes, potatoes and asparagus. The grouper was cooked perfectly but I noticed it had the same seasoning as my daughter's french fries AND the same as my potatoes. So I wasn't impressed with eating all the same taste for $25. My husband got the noodle bowl with muscles, shrimp, calamari, and clams which he very much enjoyed. He liked the broth a lot and he said the shellfish tasted fresh. But for $90, (without ordering any drinks) the whole meal was pretty lackluster. It worked out ok for the hungry family, no problems really. But I would only go back if there were no other choices around. I added a star because we went back twice to breakfast and it was almost my kid's favorite part of the stay at the hotel...being able to choose their own yummy food for breakfast. 5 and under eat free btw

We've been here for brunch when they were running the two for one FL resident deal and enjoyed the meal. However, we came for dinner for the first time and the meals were sub-par for the price you pay. My salmon was definitely not fresh, over-salted, and overcooked. My husband's seared tuna bowl had a tiny portion of tuna and a large portion of spam. Both meals came out slightly warmer than room temp. Its absurd they charge so much for the quality of food they produce.

The FRESHEST sushi I've eaten in a long time. Sushi Chef Do is a sushi genius! I will come back again!

A trendy, open hotel restaurant. I went there for sushi. I had the ginger salad, miso soup, the casino beach roll, and creme brulee. The pros: The ginger dressing on the salad is unique and very good. The waitress (Danielle) was fantastic and friendly. The sushi rolls were pretty good. The cons: If seated on the outer sides, hotel guests are constantly walking past you. The sushi was okay...nothing wowing and a little expensive. All in all, I wouldn't refuse to go but it wouldn't be my first choice for sushi.

Ordered dinner room service at hilton, came in Togo boxes with plastic wear, chewy fatty stak Dana, lobster meat brown and stringy hope I don't get sick. Would have rather eaten fast food. Wish I were exaggerating.

Hands down one of the coolest places in Pensacola. Whether you're looking for sushi, a fruit platter or a pulled pork sandwich, you can't go wrong here! But, what makes this place special, are the people. The servers are fun, friendly, creative, engaging, and willing to go above and beyond to make your evening enjoyable. Ask for Evan, Marissa, Alyx, Jeremy, Tesa, or Elizabeth, and you are guaranteed a memorable time. Love the people! Love the place! A+ all the way around.

I am giving 5* to the restaurant at the Hilton partially because it's a hotel restaurant. What I mean is that this is a really good place and because its the Hilton's restaurant that is even more impressive. We ate here 2x so I am reviewing both our dinner and brunch here. AMBIENCE Cool atmosphere, and the beach is right outside the back door. Dinner review DRINKS Gordon Biersch (sp) on tap was cold and delicious. My GF said the house white was very good as well. FOOD Crab cake appetizer - ok, but the crab was perched atop a lovely and delicious fried green tomato. Minnestrone - pretty good. Different spices than I am accustomed to in Minnestrone. Tasted like a soup I would make at home. The soft shell crab salad was to die for. Deicious crispy crab on top of fabulous mixed greens dressed with a terrific asian ginger dressing. The combination of salad, dressing, crab and sliced avocado was amazing. One of the best salads I've had in a while. Brunch review The beakfast/brunch here is awesome!!!! And $6.95 for the cold buffet is the deal of the century, especially when they have good nova lox, and a selection of fresh deli meats on the cold buffet. Unbelievable!!! I don't know if $14.95 for the hot breakfast is worth it, but it looked good as well.

I dont get it. The place is Over-hyped. Yes you are are vacation - but there are better places to spend your money. I asked where to go for sushi in the area and everyone says H20. Frankly it was crappy sushi paying a Hilton price. We ordered simple Miso soup, California Roll, Spicy Tuna Handrolls, tuna and salmon sushi. Should take less than 5 minutes. Turns out 15 minutes after we order our server tells us that sushi is backed up and will take 30 minutes. Okay....So 45 minutes later no sushi. Lots of bread and olive oil AND very little interaction from the server (I also walked out). After watching I could see why. If you sit at the Bar/Sushi bar, the same people cutting sushi are serving those sitting there. You order and you get it ahead of other orders. Then at times there was only 1 server/sushi chef back there. Hello - its 8pm prime time - you need to flex and have the right amount of people to serve Back to the sushi. Small portions - tiny in fact. It wasnt very good. BUt the price tag was more than it should have been. No comps tonite. I will mention again - Shan Kishi is THE BEST SUSHI in Pensacola. Go there, you do not have to fight a crowd, the prices are VERY reasonable and you get GREAT portions. Would I return: HELL NO . Im a regular at Shan Kishi now. Definately NOT a repeat

Been here twice, once for dinner, once for lunch. For lunch we had an appetizer of the "Asian Beach Bash", a typical melange of overly sweet ribs, wings, and lumpia rolls with skewered shrimp. The shrimp were huge, the best bet on the plate, everything else was dripping in the same syrup, scattered with sesame seeds. Uninspired, gives your teeth a head start on cavities what with all that sugar in the 'mango BBQ sauce' and it sets you back 17 clams. But the app was the shining star, sadly, at lunch. I had the "Spicy Shrimp Wrap", which was to have come in a spinach wrap, which was, curiously, orange. Unless it was one of those new-fangled orangic free-range genetically modified spinach hybrid breeds I haven't heard about, I'm not sure why it would be orange. Alas, on to the shrimp. They were in there, they just didn't scream "SHRIMP!"; more like "SOMETHING VAGUELY FROM THE WATER???" And, me? I just can't waste a perfectly good calorie on food that won't stand up and TEN-HUT it's way to my discerning palate. So it was banished to the plate of M, who has basically a trashmouth and will throw anything down his gullet that is dead or slowed down. And even he didn't finish it. Dinner here happened on an earlier date. I assume it was much better, but I was all giggly which Champagne, so it didn't matter too much. Doesn't Champagne make crap hotel food better, especially when you are staying at the Hilton, and financing Paris Hilton's spray orange tans and Jimmy Choo's?

I really liked this place. Service was friendly & very good & food was a great change of pace from all the "bar food" places that make up most of the restaurants around here. The miso soup was great!

Some great food but very turned off by extreme long wait time on a saturday night and what looked like a only half full dinning room... Food was really good

Great food and service. It's on the hotel lobby area and serves all meals and has made to order sushi. Good for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Good selection of items.
